Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund of that charge.

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being billed for the next period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

One-time AI credit purchases are non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been used. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
